Who owns copyright?

You. You first of all must ensure that you have the right to copy the original. You certify that you do.

When I send the drawing, and you pay for it, its yours to do as you will. Copy it, publish it. Its yours once it's bought and paid for.

What about the examples on the site?

That's different. If for some reason you want to use any graphics from this site, you must ask permission. Send Tony Paterson an email message.
