Standard Website Design Prices

Most of the sites that Tony designs run out at around $1500. That includes 10 to 15 pages, image manipulation and consultation, site design and text editing. It also features search engine optimization and uploading the site onto a server nominated by the client. Extra pages generally cost around $75.

This does not include hosting. You can organise your own with a service provider, or have Tony do it for you. Hosting can add as little as $130 to your costs for most sites. If the site is going to have large volumes of hits (thousands a week) it could be higher. Your site is guaranteed to work in the most popular web browsers: Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

Free consultation in person is generally limited to Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and includes regional centres. Consultation may also be by phone or email for more distant clients.

Generally a small site will operate comfortably within the 1000mb monthly bandwidth. It is unusual for it to exceed 2000 mb per month. Sites with high graphic, video or music content may need to be allocated more bandwidth.

You have a comprehensive Control Panel that will indicate how much bandwidth you are using.

Space Requirements

Hosting Space for a normal site is about 10 mb. 100 mb is considered large. If your site has a lot of .doc, .pdf, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv or .mp3 files then you may need more than 100 meg space.
